I recently finished the book “Jurassic Park” and it was an amazing book. Much more gripping than the movie. summary: First iteration: talking about strange happenings going on in Costa Rica, like finding a Procompthagnthus; Second iteration: meet Dr. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler in Montana when invited to Jurassic Park and thend then arrive there; Third: Grant, Ellie, Malcolm, Tim, Lex, and the lawers take the tour and find the breeding sites, while Nedry, the computer man, shuts down the security; Fourth: t rex attack, dinosaurs escape, Nedry dies, Alan, Tim, and Lex meet up and run around the park, and Hammond(the site owner) gets the backup power up and running but not the electrical fences; Fifth: Grant and the kids go into the aviary which is full of the carnivorous and very territorial cearadactyls on a small raft,while Muldoon and Gennarro hunt the T-rex and raptors, Malcolm is tended for his broken leg, Arnold dies; sixth:Alan and the kids make it to the visitor center, raptor in the kitchen with Tim and Lex where they trap it, raptors terrorize everyone, Tim turns on the full park power; seventh:Hammond dies, suvivors inspect raptor nest and are rescued;suvivors: Grant, Sattler, Tim, Lex, Gennerro, Muldoon, Malcolm(Thought to be dead, later found alive). All in all, I give it an A, but not exactly for most kids.
